Entitlement to reduced admission to the sole uno wellness world is only possible on presentation of a corresponding ID document. This check can only be carried out on site at the spa cash desk.
When you reserve a day ticket, the whole day is blocked in the reservation system according to our opening hours. Our experience shows that guests with a day ticket usually do not spend the whole day at sole uno, but limit their stay to several hours. It is therefore not possible to realistically estimate the duration of the reservation.
Yes, you must first register once at the pool cash desk with your contact details so that we can link your subscription to your data and create an access account for you. You can then use the login area in the store (access with your personal data) to reserve individual entries for your annual subscription or multiple-entry card.
We recommend that you make a reservation in our online store, as you can book quickly, easily and at any time. Of course you can also contact us by telephone on +41 (0)61 836 67 63, but there may be waiting times on busy days. You can only reserve a sole uno ticket online.
You can cancel your massage or pedicure reservation by calling +41 (0)61 836 67 63 in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reserved appointment or if you do not show up, 100% of the costs will be charged.
